ZH Lamp Series
Showing at London Design Festival 2013, the ZH Lamp series combines traditional Chinese weaving with contemporary aesthetics. Produced by Chinese designer Xian Zhang in collaboration with three craftswomen-Jiping Xu, Hongping Huang and Guiru Sun-the ZH lamps feature traditional bamboo strip weaving over chinaware, a technique that originated in the Sichuan Province.
